i am 36 years old and my body is in good shape i eat right and exercise i noticed a change in my testicals they are well lets say sagging is this normal and how can i fix i do not like this   thanks

you can have two different surgeries.if you are circumcised you can have forekin reconstruction which uses a large peice of the scrotum and would reduce the sagging or a scrotal reduction surgery.here are the links.
