testicular Problem

I'm 23 years old man and I'm a little confused about some stuff.
About a Days ago, I felt what I thought was a lump on my left testicle. Now and then, it would give me some pain. but it is swollen but I can't find the muscle to move the left one up and down, while I can find the muscle to move the right one up and down. The bottom of my left testicle feels very hard, too. One more thing, left one is bigger then the right one.
I'm confused. weather i get any problem on that.. So I want some form of answers now.
