i am sorry to hear this and i hope you get better soon and have successful surgery.the bad effects of low testosterone are lowered sex drive, loss of muscle, gaining of fat and many more.here are some helpfull links.
you should look up hcg and talk to your dr it could help.i would get a second opinon about your testicul being dead .what kind of test did you have done for that?i told a urioglist that i had pain i one of my testiculs and he could not find any thing wrong with it but he told me that if the pain did'nt go away that he could remove it .that did not sound like a good idea to me.i think that thay have to do a biopsie to tell if its dead.421
