testicular cancer

I performed a testicular exam. I felt a hard thing as big as rice on my right testicule. I Wanted to know what i should do next. My real age is 14 1/2.

First of all, you did the right thing first in seeking help and not ignoring it.  It might be something harmless, but it is always best to be safe.  If it is cancer, testicular cancer is very treatable when found early.  You need to see a urologist.  Talk to your parents and tell them what you have found, and just make sure a qualified professional takes a look at it.
