THE HEAD OF MY PENIS IS RED AND RAW... IT DOESN'T HURT TO USE THE BATHROOM, BUT IT'S PAINFUL TO HAVE SEX. IT HURTS ALL THE TIME. I HAVE TRIED VASELINE BUT THAT DOESN'T HELP. I AM ALSO A DIABETIC DOES THAT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS CONDITION?
