theres a lump (maybe pimple) on my skin that is above the Perineal raphe

i had surgery removic a cyst  on my tailbone 2 months ago(pretty sure it doesnt have anything to do with it. but better say it now then later).at first i thought it was a pimple .i have never had  a pimple there before. i thought it was bcs  the liquid from the pimple would usually come out..heres the thing. it keeps refilling. its been like that for about 2 weeks now .i went to the doctor .she saw it didnt really touch it and she  gave me Betrion(it cant be an STD bcs i havent had sex for over a year and a half) to sum it up every time i press the liquid out it refills about every 12 hours .it still looks like that zit thats deep .it wouldnt bother me that much .but with that zit theres a bit of a lump undearneath the skin . and it feels pretty solid which scares the hell out of me. and its based on my Perineal raphe path .what do i do?
