thick substance oozing from penis only during bile movement

married for 9 years, not worried about an std at all. i've noticed over the last 8 months or so a thick discharge only when having a bile movement. i had my gall bladder removed about 4 months ago and the discharge has become more frequent. it does look like semen with the same texture but maybe a little thicker. this only happens when i''m having a bile movement and seems to sometimes block the passage of urine until i milk it out. please help if you have any answers.

It probably is semen. The pressure of your stool against your prostate during a bowel movement can squeeze out semen, particularly if you don't ejaculate very frequently. It's very common and isn't a sign of any problem.
