tingling sensation in penis

My boyfriend complained that the inside of his penis has been tingling since I performed oral sex while having a cinnamon altoid in my mouth. He states no burning on urination, no penile discharge no frequent urination, no itching or rash around head of penis. The tingling sensation comes and goes. What could be the problem?
