MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there,
A clinical examination is necessary for determining the exact cause of your symptoms. It is possible that these are pearly penile papules which are bumps seen at the rim of the head of the penis .These bumps can be the color of the skin, translucent, white, yellow, or pink. They are completely normal and not a sign of infection or uncleanliness. Fordyce’s spots are small, painless, raised, pale, red or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter. It is possible that these bumps could be due to any boils or folliculitis. In genital herpes there is a cluster of sores consisting of inflamed papules and vesicles on the outer surface of the genitals, resembling cold sores. See a doctor for evaluating your condition and appropriate diagnosis. Keep me posted.
Take care and regards!
