uncircumsised penis

i have an uncircumsised penis and when i *** i can see a skin bridge joining the shaft to the head of my penis, can you tell me how to remove without surgery, pls help thanks!

If this is underneath, where the glans has a sort of V shape, this is a normal part of the anatomy called a frenulum. It is a part that helps keep the foreskin forward while flaccid.
