so your penis is 1inch flacid and 3 inches erect?
this problem is not that uncommon around 90% of men have a penis from sizes 3-6 inches when erect all you are is on the smaller end of this scale , i personaly know people with a smaller penis than yours who are living happy and sexualy active lives. regarding your girlfriend i think anyone that could be quite that shallow is not worth your time! i think you should try counselling to help you overcome your depression if this intrests you please state and i will give you some numbers to call.

I would first take him to his pediatrician to see what his diagnosis is and from there he can recommend a specialist such as urology or endocronologist as it may be a hormone imbalance.
