urethritis - complications

Hello. I started having a disconfort in the tip of the urethra while urinating. then the whole urethra itched, and and a few days later the bladder felt swolled. I took a one week treatment of cefixima but, didn't work, then three days azythromycin, didn't work either. I went to the doctor and made cultives of urine and sperm, both came out negative, the doctor gave me a treatment of levofloxacine and a medicine for inflammation, the syntoms decreased, but once I stopped taking the medicine for inflammation they came back specially in the urethra. There is no secretion from penis, and no signs of herpes. I was wondering if it could be a yeast infection, and if it should be treated with itraconazole. thank you very much for your help
