want to become father

me and my wife is planning baby from last 2 yrs. got every check-up done whatever docs suggested to us.but still she is not able to conceive. i also got my sperm count and other things checked up,but do not know what is the reason behind it coz all the results are normal. sometimes i think i should get my penis checked as there is lil change in it compare to regular ones. red part does not completely come out from the skin until i pull it from the hand. and that may be one reason that sperms does not go inside completely with force. can someone suggest me to whom i should examine my penis or what speciality would be the best option. please help
