weird growith inside tip of penis

I noticed about a month ago that the tip of my penis was being irritated as i was walking.  When I got home I decided to check it out, and noticed a small, thin growth coming out of the inside of my penis.  As someone else's post said, it kinda was fin-like... very thin, and protruteda decent amount, taking up about a fifth of the opening on the bottom side.. I wasnt sure what it was but decided to keep an eye on it to see if it changes.

today It was irritated again so i checked up on it and tried to keep it from sticking out so much, but it kinda "popped" and started bleeding for about a minute (not a ton of blood, and it was not long), and I noticed a hard white pus-like discharge on my fingers, kinda like the hard pus that you see if you pop a deep zit.

It is not bleeding anymore, but there is still a small amount remaining.

What is this?  should I be worried?

I have been tested for std's.  I donate blood often and am tested, and i had a test specifically for recently.  It is required to have these tests often for my job.  I have only had protected sex, and i have not had sex for about a year now.

You need to see a Doctor right off and not wait.  There are various STDs where you will have a small sore that will then go away, and you will think everything is okay, but it will be doing a lot of damage to your body and often your brain too.  A pimple should not come from the inside of your penis hole.  There are many places they can form, but they need pores in order to form zits, and the inside of your penis hole should not be forming something that pops like a zit.

Have you had unprotected sex lately?  Have you possibly handled something that could have had some sort of STD discharge on it and then handled your penis?  Has your penis rubbed up against a bowl or under the seat of a public toilet?  Have you touched your penis head to another person's penis head?

This is not a "wait and see" situation.  This is a situation where you should go to the Doctor and make sure there is nothing wrong.  When it comes to your penis, it's never a good idea to wait and see what happens.  You don't want to get bacteria in it or infection and need to have it removed and you also don't want to have an STD and various types will form a sore that will then go away and you will think everything is okay when it's not.
