what can i do please help me with you ideas ?

i'm having a big problem i'm on 16 years of age! my problem is breast is  keep growing like a woman! they getting bigger and bigger, i don't really know what to do i'm shying now to go to school or anywhere girls and boy at school are making funny of me,   what should i do please help me ?????

   It is quite common for for boys of your age to have some breast development, especially if you have an obese body.It is because of the estrogen produced in the fat tissues of the body by conversion of the testosterone. Normally doctors do not treat this condition as it gets settled in due course after puberty, Many times, even though one becomes self conscious  of the condition, others may not even take note of the situation, as it is common among growing boys. Google for ' Puberty in boys ' and ' gynecomastya ' for more details.
If you are obese, you should reduce your weight. Ensure you take only healthy home made food, rich in macro nutrients and avoid all kinds of fast food and soda. Take more vegetables and fruits and drink enough water.Do regular exercise and covert your fat tissue to muscles. These steps will reduce estrogen levels and increase testosterone levels in the body, in turn reducing the fat tissues in the breast and belly areas.
These are general guide lines, but if you really find that your breast tissues are growing much more compared to all your friends ( I am still sure your parents would have taken note of the situation if that were the case and they would have taken corrective action by now), better to discuss the matter with your parents ( do not worry about the embarrassment ) and consult a pediatric Endocrinologist. He will do necessary hormone testing and advise you of the steps to be taken.
