whats wrong with my penis ? i masturbated for a really long time

12 months ago i masturbated for around 9 hours with no lube , the skin on the penis got swollen and puffy and was bleeding from being chaffed so much , the next day instead of letting it rest i masturbated again and of course it got worse , the swelling did go down after a couple days but my penis hasn't been the same since , is extremely desensitized touching it feels like touching a callous you know you can feel it but there is zero sensation , the skin has been loose and wrinkly in a way that i have never seen, its lost all of its elasticity, it just doesn't feel good at all to masturbate anymore . its so depressing i feel like killing myself im 20 btw
What have i done ? should i see a urologist asap?

Is this the same problem you posted about back on 02/15/16?  As you probably realize by now, you need stop going to extremes with your organs.  The body needs to have balance and overlong masturbation sessions will cause symptoms such as you describe.

a anti dry skin cream which should help with your problem or use some tropical cream from your pharmacy that should work.
