white bump on penus

i have a white bump on the penus head and i want to know if it's a cancer or any infection. please tell me.

I have read that if its a unique bump (there aren't many), it may very well be an STD.

i have an itchy feeling and also something that looks like pimples its around like 4 of them on the side of penus and a bad smell
