white discharge from penis but not an STD

Over the past month I started to have a slight white discharge from my penis.  I went in for an STD check, was given a shot and antibiotics to treat any possible STD all test came back negative.  Still have the discharge or rather when I sort of milk (squeeze my shaft and go to the end of my penis I see the white junk) it's never much, and no not masterbating it only takes a couple of pulls to see this stuff. and I don't have any pain.  It looks almost like semen but I don't think that what it is.  Also I can usually squeeze junk out anytime of day, unless I just urinated.  Recently my partner had a real bad yeast infection but I don't know if I had this before or after we had intercourse.  She was given pills and a shot to treat her yeast infection and it did not clear up.  However when she went in for her STD check she was given the same thing I was given, and she cleared up.  Her test results were also negative.  She also started taking cranberry pills, and yeast infection pills to keep it for happening again.  I looked at the possibility of have male yeast infection, but I don't have no redness, swelling ect.  Just this white junk and the worry that it might of caused her last infection, and I don't want to put her through that again.  So anyone know what it might be?  Treatments?  or is it nothing.  I am 32 years old is this just another great thing that some men get as we grow older?
Thank you for any advice you might have.

Same thing happens to me when I push  to defecate. Went to doctor I do not have any desease neither my wife. I'm almost sure is semen. I was given fluconazole to treat yeast infection many times and  still happens, so  I  just continue living my life normally. At this time is happening less often. May not be the same condition so I suggest you to go back with an urologyst he  will  tell you if you have to worry or not.  Good luck   Ra

You and you partner are passing the yeast infection back and forth to each other. It sounds like you both need to see the Dr together to make sure this is for sure what's going on. You'll both get meds and until your both clear of the infection use condoms. Remar
