white lump on my scrotim

Hey

Im 16 years old and 2 days ago i noticed a white dot on my scrotim. I ignored it iv always had them were hair come out but this one grew nearly double in size since then and is now the size of a small pea. It is hard and small but big enogh that im worried. I havnt talked to a doctor or my parents about it im still a virgin as well so im pretty sure its not an STD or anything like that but it still has me worried.

any one know what it could be?
