white pimple around anal area

Hi,

I am a 24yo gay male and my anus area has recently developed 2 pimple like structure. It happened after I had a sexual encounter with a male I just met for a night. There wasnt any sexual intercourse involved but he performed a rimming job on my anus.

He had a few cats around the house and I was itching on his bed. I thought it might have something to do with the cats. A week later i found out about the pimples on my bum and i thought they would go away after time but they haven't. It has been 2 weeks and they dont itch or anything. I havent noticed the change of size but I think it's gone a little whiter ever since.

I have been reading up alot about syphilus and think that might be it(i really hope not) because of the itching i got that night and also the fact that it could be transmitted through mouth(rimming job). I am freaking out now and hope anyone would help me out with this!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
