why is my girlfriend her nose always bleed?

Dr,
I have a question regarding about my girlfriend because every time that she’s angry her nose is bleeding and sometimes it just bleed without any reason and even when were having sex.
I’m kind of worried because this happens randomly and I told her to have a checkup but she refused to
And I’ve tried asking the internet but I only found out that its leukemia but she doesn’t have any bruises or getting pale coz when I look at her she seems normal except that she told me ever since she was a child this is already happening and when she had a typhoid fever and got admitted in the hospital the nurse inserted gauze inside her nose and push it so hard and that happen in the san lazaro hospital.

Dr, Is she sick?
