wierd jaw and mouth pain/numbness

I am a 20 year old male with numbness and pain in my left jaw mainly while playing videogames or just sitting period..I also have this wierd feelin in the inside of my left mouth cheek like a line has gone threw my cheek it is kinda hard almost like its tightened up.. needa make sure its not cancer or somthin like it because i do not have insurance
