worried about testical problem

for some time now ive been endlessly iching my testicles, they get that itchy they swell up and become even more itchier. What could this possibly be, it's been going on for about a year now and I'm becoming really anxious and I'm afraid to see the doctor about this. Can someone tell me what it might be?

Jimmy, it could be something you may be allergect too, like laundry deturgent, or material shorts are made of, nothing to be ashamed of, you should see a Dr. and he could test you for allergies.
