I can just about guarantee you that there is no known way to increase your penis size.  

Without even looking at them, I can tell you that these penis enlargements advertised by the above posters are all unproven, and may be dangerous to your health.

Your mental attitude needs to change, anyway, not your penis size.  Instead of trying to get the biggest penis there is, why don't you learn how to use it in such a way as to make any woman you sleep with beg for more?  Sure, it's normal to want bigger equipment, but far too many women I know talk about how men focus on size, and not skill.  In their opinions, nothing is worse than a man with a big tool and no idea how to get a woman off.  Those guys get their butts dumped real quick.  On the other hand, more modestly endowed guys who are skilled lovers get the repeat business.

Her clitoris is on the outside of her vagina so that's an easy one, whereas the "g-spot" is within the vaginal wall, about 4 inches from the opening of her vagina.  If your erect penis is 4 inches, (approx. 10cm), then you shouldn't have to worry too much at all.
