worried bout bump

I had unprotected sex with a questionable girl and about a week later i noticed two firm,painless red bumps that seemed to be under the skin in my pubic hair area. I squeezed them daily and puss came out like a pimple each time. Well a few days later the bumps went away and i thought i was fine, but a month later another bump came up between the base of my penis and testicles ...... exactly like the first with puss in them.     They were too big to be pimples.  Any ideas on what this could be would be greatly appreciated.
