worried

for around a year now i have been worried about having something wrong with me.

im 17 years old and a virgin but iv gotten really worried that i may have gonorrhea.
my *** is a yellow color and sometimes a thick texture.
also i dont know if its normal or not for my penis to always have a bit of a smell to it.

and on a different topic, iv been having wet dreams every night for the last 4 days, for awhile i would have them maybe once every few months but now its every night, sometimes in the morning my balls can be really saw to the point were i feel sick.

my girlfriend wants to have sex but its just those things that have me worried that iv got something.

thanks to anyone that can clear things up for me, maybe im just worried about nothing.

don't stress is the big thing always pull the skin back and use a gentle cleanser old spice and other perfumed soaps can actually make odor worse (once it mixes with bacteria naturally) also if you have any itching or reddness your culprit could be a yeast infection or jock itch in that case try monistat cream or lotrimin for jock itch (jock itch is a yeast infection) don't spray cologne or body sprays down there and keep him dry. also a yeast infection can be yellow or white discharge. If you have never had sex you don't have a STD.Use a condom anyway. see your doctor if you notice any swelling in the scrotum and after you try treat it with jock itch cream see your doctor for follow up in two weeks.wet dreams are natural no-matter how old you are. If you are taking antibioics they can trigger infections(odd i know) also if you are on fast paced team (b-ball,f-ball or such)stay as dry as you can change after any running you may just have to start using a lotimin spray daily that helps alot, don't be embarrased it's all normal
