wrinkles redness sores and other problems

Well first off i've been having touble with my genital region for over 6 years. At 19 i went throught a guantlent of doctors for pain in the genitals that turned out to finally be diagnosed at pudendal nerve damage.  I went through steroid injections at 20 without relief had nerve decompression surgery at 21.  With symptoms becoming less severe i thought i could deal with the minor ED and move on.

Well there was a moment and it has passed now 25, i have been dealing with mostly skin related problems that have made me too anxious and depressed to have a real relationship and have been abstinite for over a year now. It started shortly after i turned 24.  I noticed red wrinkley skin on the glans (glands) (head of the penis) i needed to remove a cist on my scalp so i mentioned and showed the glans (glands) to the dermatologist he said it was not much to worry about and could be minor dermatitus or psoriasis and gave me very weak steroid cream which seam to help for a little while even helping the minor ED for awhile. The effects quickly wore off and the glans (glands) became wrinkly and sensitive again and red from time to time.  I retured to derm to ask more questions and see what i could do, got tested for all stds all negative.  he suggested to use derm approved soap dertergents ect.  after this is when things got really weird.  A couple months after first redness and wrinkles i started to get a weird tingling sensation under my skin at the base of the penis after a few days it moved to the bottom of my testicles (which i still get the tingling now but not as bad) and bumps and sores appeared also pain i had with nerve damage was increasing in pain and frequencey.  I went on to see a urologist, more derms and my old nerve specialist that was a urologist.  What happened - there was 2 more test done on sores area for herpes both negative. one bump thought to be hpv biopsied - it was a cyst and i had a high consintration of karotine.  Had my prostate checked it was a little large and the sample of semen showed a high whiteblood cell count. This led them to believe i had prostititus and precribed general antibiotics for several months - now on month 4 of 3 a day.  

So, i am still getting these sores every 2-3 weeks at the base of my penis on the scrotum, and on the bottom of my scrotum. They're very superficial mostly just effecting the top couple layers. Not really more itchy than my genitals usually are. The derms really think this is some kind of dermatitus or psorisis. (any other ideas? could it be linked to the prostititus?)  They all tell me not to worry its not an STD. The pain in my penis and testicles is minimal now the ED varies from day to day. And the glans (glands) of my penis is still wrinkley which over a year ago it was very smooth along with my scrotum being free of sores and bumps.  The glans (glands) now also becomes easily sensitive and gets impression marks very easily. Any help to get things back to normal again would be life saving.

I know this is alot and yet maybe not enough or too jambled. i have more information and i thank you in advanced for you help or questions. This is driving me nuts and hard to find something to get things under control
