yellow patches on my shaft

ok im weirded out by all of this.  i recently re-shaved my shaft and i tried some new lube right after i shaved.after i put the stuff on and proceeded to get my motor started, the stuff was burning like crazy.  i took a picture to send to my girfriend and i noticed that i had a large patch  of yellow at the base of my shaft and "blotches" of yellow higher up.  i did have unprotected oral about five years ago and unprotected anal with my girlfriend a couple of times last year. we both would bathe before the act and then after we would bathe.
i have been regularly shaving for about six months now but i never paid attention to my color around the lower end as much.  i cant find anything on the net related to this symptom other than jaundice and possibly an std.

any helps?
