I had some erectile disfunction relating to performance anxiety and OCD about that problem.  I am now in couseling and taking Yocon "yohimbine" recommmended by a doctor to try.  I'm not sure if it's the yocon or the couseling or probably both that seem to be helping with my erctions.  My question is how long can you take such a drug and what are the long term afffects of it if any?  I also take 50mg of 5-htp at night to help me sleep recommended by a health professional.  Again, how long should you take and what are the long term affects of taking it.

thanks

At moderate doses and frequently there are no long term effects to worry about, so use these medications as bridges to healthy functioning, and stop them as soon as you can.
