Am I going through Pre-menapause?

I am 33 years old.  I have recently been experiencing the following symptoms especially before and during my period  -
fatigue, headaches, mood swings, depression, hair loss, anxeity attacks, irritability to the point where I have to call in sick for work, foggy thinking, trouble remembering things, and heavy bleeding.  What should I do?

This does not sound like pre menopause but does sound like a menstrual disorder.  You should see a gynecologist.

Have your thyroid checked.  I had the same symptoms you describe and it turned out to be my thyroid was low.  I'm taking thyroid replacement hormone now and there's a big difference.
