Smoking hazards (and feeling good) i was thinking about that day i had anxity and i felt a high stress, i went to sleep and get up in the mornning filling very stress and depress. i felt like i'm in a dream everything looks bad and weird i was panic and anxity all day long without knowing what's going on with me.
after a period of 3 weeks when i study about the problem thru the internet, i felt much better not getting panic from thoughts, but at night i'm feeling bad and depressed for about 2 hours and then it pass away.
Sometime the depression is very high and sometime it's resonable but it always pass and i feel better.
does my depression come from my anxity? and if so what is the best way to treat it? sport? food?
