There are several psychiatric conditions that are characterized by anxiety such as depression,
panicPanic disorder
Panic disorder with agoraphobia, phobias, etc. I wish I had more information about other symptoms that accompany the "anger and anxiety" that you feel when you do get home. What I would advice you is to monitor your symptoms and if other symptoms develop such as losing interest in activities, feeling depressed or anxiety attacks, a consultation with a mental health practitioner might be beneficial. There are medications and psychotherapy available for anxiety and depression.
