I've been taking risperdal for almost 3 weeks and whenever I smoked some weed, it made my high really intense and pretty scarey. Is weed interfering with the medication?

Dear God!  You are taking Risperdal likely to stop your hallucinations and/or schizophrenia.  Marijuana is a hallucinogenic drug.  Duh.  Stop that.
