Effexor help

My dr took me off of effexor xr 37.5 mg, even though  i told him i am very sensitive  cant stop taking it. So for over a month i have been sick and fatigued and barely left the house.  They told me im deressed and to start doing things and i will feel better. Tried that made me more tired. I  took an effexor the other day and felt better, I know I went off the pill too quickly. Now  my problem is the dr doesnt return my calls, ive lost my job due to this medicine mess and have no money or insurance. I found a website that says how to taper off the effexor xr pills, by switching to effexor tablets just taking it 12 hours apart and reduciong the pill by 10% a month. So since ive been off the pills for so long  I am not sure if i should go back to taking the effexor xr 37.5 pill or just go with the tablet and at how much should i take it. Yesterday I started at 12.5 in the morning and it makes me feel better emotionally but im tired and headachy. I just need some advice what to do here, I dont want to be on the meds, but by going off so quickly made me sick and I need to start again and taper more slowly so I can get off these things for good. If anyone can help me, I have noone else at this point to ask. Ive counted beads inside of the capsule, this is messy and doesnt work that well.. Ive also tried taking the pill every other day, and this isnt a option either since the  since it makes me an emotional rollercoaster and the emotions and znxiety does not go away...
Thanks
Kellie

You do have to find yourself another doctor who will respond to your needs. If 37.5 mg was the dose that stabilized you, then you have to take that much again in order to get that result.  Once you are there for a month or two, then start tapering off, if that is what you want to do, and you are your doctor agree, using the method you discovered.
