How do you know if you have hormonal problems?

For about 2 weeks out of the month I am extremely irritable, nasty, depressed, angry, crying for no reason, agitated, anxiety. I've been tested for thyroid problems (everything OK there), cortisol levels etc,and nothing wrong there either. Could it be my birth control pills? This is affecting my everyday life and relationships.

Yes, this could definitely be an estrogen problem. YOu should have that tested and regulated by a doctor.

I haven't gotten my period and I'm sure I'm not pregnant ...could this be the reason for me being late?
