Hi
Recently I've been plagued by what I believe to be
hypochondriaHypochondria - I always feel like I'm going to die, sometimes afraid to fall asleep because I think I'm going to go in anaphylactic
shockAcute respiratory distress syndrome
Cardiogenic shock
Electroconvulsive therapy
Hepatic ischemia
Hypoglycemia
Hypovolemic shock
Lithotripsy
Shock
Toxic shock syndrome while I'm sleeping. I've also become afraid to eat certain foods (e.g. peanuts) because I think that I will have magically developped a life-threatening allergy overnight.
I have experienced physical symptoms (such as tingly

handsHand or foot spasms
Hand tremor as well as heart
palpitationsHeart palpitations) that I believe are anxiety-related. However, I have been having this slurpy feeling in my chest that I can't quite identify, and does cause me to worry. It's usually accompanied with back pain (mid to upper) and burping. I also always feel like I should be coughing up sputum (as though I had a cold), but when I cough nothing comes up. I feel as though something is not quite right there (I'm still trying to get chest x-rays) and I was just wondering if it was linked to the
hypochondriaHypochondria or if it's something more serious.
