What are the symptoms associated with this problem. I feel depressed all the time and there is so much of pressure in my head. I feel angry and bittter sometimes and at other times feel very happy. Is this condition associated with my problem. Am I suffering from mood disorders.

I think you may be describing a mood disorder, and if so, medications and psychotherapy will be the treatment of choice. The vascular spasm headaches may be very closely related. The only way to find out is to have a complete evaluation by a psychiatrist.
