I'M ALWAYS TIRED, AND I HAVE GAINED ABOUT 10 POUNDS IN A MONTH.  I DON'T WANT TO GO ANYWHERE OR DO ANYTHING.  I'M ONLY HAPPY WHEN I'M WITH MY BABY GIRL, I DONT WANT TO GO TO WORK BECAUSE I HAVE TO LEAVE HER AT A BABYSITTER.  I KEEP A CONSTANT HEADACHE AND I WILL HAVE DIARRHEA FOR ABOUT 3 DAYS AND WILL GO UP TO 4 TIMES A DAY AND THEN THE FOR THE NEXT 4 OR 5 DAYS I WONT HAVE A BOWL MOVEMENT AT ALL AND WILL FEEL REALLY BLOATED AND MISERABLE.  PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  IS IT DEPRESSION???

Yes, it is a depression, and may be a post- partum depression. You should talk to your obstetrician and ask for a referral to a psychiatrist.

Sweetie,
I agree.  It sounds like Post Partum depression.  You're doctor can help you with that and i'd go see him as soon as you can.  No one should ever have to go through depression if it's preventable.
