I'm severly depressed, pls help me

I'm suffering from drug(flunarazine) induced severe depression.
I had chronic migraine for 2 years & was prescribed flunarazine which I took from aug to march.
I got depression from feb which I now recognise.
I had sleeping problems, I resorted to alprox & for which even 8mg I had no effect. I took it for 15 days as I was not aware I was depressed.I took an overdose of 12mg & was admitted in the hospital.
I was diagonised for severe depression.
Now i'm on reboxitine,clomipromine,escitalopram oxalate & modafinil.
It is six weeks now.I find little change & my psy has prescribed
the same for the next week also.
I read in a website it can take 8weeks in some cases & others say
6 weeks would be enough to find the efficacy of these.
Here in India my psycatrist is not open for discussions & forces me.when I ask him these queries he shouts at me for negative attitude.

I tried talking to my doctor who is a general practicioner, he was the one who prescription flunarazine, he simply asked me to follow my psycatrist. Please help me.I will somehow convey that to my psy & make him do the right thing for me.

query1:
Kindly advise me is it good for me to go on with the same drugs for the next 2weeks?
query2:
if the drugs are found to be not effective after 8 weeks & if a new set of drugs are prescribed, how long will it take to take effect?
query3:
is there a possibilty of relapse, how to avoid that?
query4:
is this drug induced depression geneticaly passed to my to be born kids?
query5:
I have developed tolerance to alprozolam, valium & other sedative's even for high dosages, will I become sensitive to them in small dosages as earlier over time?

There is a big problem with so many medications trying to figure out what works and what doesn't work.  You don't have to worry about passing this on to your children.  I think the safest thing is to stay on these drugs for two more weeks, but also after that to experiment with changing doses and finding out what is helping and what is not.  remember that depression is a symptom, and that even thought it started with a biological trauma it is now a psychological issue, so if you can find a therapist/counselor to talk too, you will much less dependent on medications and more in charge of your own life.

i work with patients that severely depressed everyday. i have found out thru our patients that among all the antidepressant drugs that are prescribed in the office the one that they like the most is celexa it seems that the side effects are not as bad as all the other anti-depressants.
