Low Libido

Several years ago I had a problem with wet dreams, so I came up with the dumb idea of putting a piece of tape around my penis, not to tight but just tight enough to be tight when fully aroused. Well after doing this for a while my libido all of sudden just disappered. My question is could I have lost my libido by damaging my penis while doing this(everything still works fine physically)? Or is it more likely to be mental(although I feel fine).

I do not think you could possibly have lost your libido because of the tape around your penis.  It is possible that in order to control your wet dreams you have overly suppressed the natural impulses of sexuality.  You should be able to restimulate your sexual interest in many different ways and spending some time doing that will probably bring your libido back.
