Lupus and Antidepressent medication

My daughter has been diagnoised with Lupus, Fibromylagia (fibromyalgia) and Myofacial pain. She is tired ALL the time and I think
it is one of the medications she is on. Can you help me on this? Here are the medications Fentanyl patch 50mg,Plaquenil 200 mg, Lyrica 100 mg,Prevacid 30 mg, Xanafles 2 mg, Amitriptyline 25 mg. She gets a B-12 shot
once a week and is on vitamins as well. She was on Hydroxyzine hcl 20mg but doctor took her off to see if that
would help with her being tired. It hasn't helped at all, if anything it is worse. Any suggestions? Thank you any help
will be appreciated.

I wish I could help you but this is a question that should be asked of an internist or rheumatologist.  I am a psychiatrist and do not use these medications.
