I have not taken my meds (Effexor 75mg) in over a month. I feel I need to start taken them again. Can I resume the same 75 mg dosage? ( I have about 10 capsules left......)

They usually don't start you out that high.  I think it's 37.5mg.  However, I don't think it would be dangerous.  You may just be very wired for a while or experience more intense side effects.  If you do, make sure you have more Effexor after the 10 capsules are done.  You don't want to start and stop.  It will take a toll on your mind and body.

Yes, whether it's Effexor or Effexor XR it's best to start at 37.5 mg daily and you can increase it after 4 days back to 75mg.
