Hi. I take adderall (adderrall) xr 5 mg daily and zoloft 75 mg daily. What would happen if i decide to smoke marijuana while on these drugs? Can I just not take the drugs that day and take the marijuana and be fine? I know you probably don't advise marijuana but I would really like to know what would happen.

It is not a matter of just not taking these medications for a day..they stay in your systems for days or weeks once you stop. It would be a very bad idea with possible side effects like seizure, stroke or sometimes even worse....it's all a matter of risk, and in this case the risk is substantial.
