Sudden infant death syndrome and diseases. Not greusome just like "how horrible it would be to have this Or that" SInce early sept before going to sleep I have had thoughts of how horrible it would be to have cancer or die In a auto or air accident i put away these thoughts away after a few minutes then goto sleep. since Early sept I have developed several physical symptoms that are being worked up for MS and other possible causes My worst nightmare has come true. My vision and quality of life have and are dwindling, I fell I Might have something and since I already have a predispotionary

Can OCD Lead to a downward spiral of diminshing health that is tied to the pshyche. My health I Hold Dear, It tearing me apart to think that is might or is being compromised. I will probably seek couseling One way or another I Live alone and used to live with a attention demanding female. even after we seperated I am stress prone and very rigid at times, everything must make sense or it is false or a scam. I am a serious guy, No nonsense, But I feel so helpless, wherass befor I felt King of the world what advise can you suggest.

Try making a balance sheet, i.e. I can hardly swallow, but the food is good for my body and will make me stronger. Do this with every negative. Put a "but" behind it that reflects the positive when ever you can. Eventually you will see there IS a balance to the human body.
Do some imaginary healing. Lie down in a comfortable setting and imagine a warm, healing ball of light passing into your feet, traveling up your body and out of our head. Spend extra time with the light on the parts of your body that are giving you the most trouble. Do this in the morning and at night before bed.
Do not stop your treatment from outside sources. Realize that your body has ways of telling you what is wrong, but you have to take the time to listen to it!
