The delusion of people hearing your thoughts is often connected with that part of you that is ashamed of your own thoughts. You might try working on this with your therapist. There is no reason to be ashamed of your own thoughts..they are just the natural internal flow and chatter of the brain. You can observe them, but don't judge them. If you can follow up on this advice, and work on this, you may be able to silence this last delusion.
