You are no more likely to experience weight gain with PaxilPaxil Paxil cr than the other medications you are already on. I would be uncomfortable being on so many medications at one time.
Hi
I was on paxilPaxil Paxil cr for a long time and never had any problem with weight gain. It made me a litle bit sleepy at the start which sapped some of my energy for exercising but this soon passed.
I found paxil an effective drug for depression and anxiety but I had problems getting off it .
Good luck

I don't think it's the SSRIs that are known to cause weight gain; the ones that do are the "antipsychotics" like Zyprexa, Risperdal, Haldol, etc.
I took Paxil for about a year and noticed no weight gain, actually the reverse (was happier and less anxious, so I nibbled less).

As far as your concern about all the meds, my doc was going to switch out the Zoloft for Paxil. Is that still too much meds?
