I've been having hypnagogic/hynopomic hallucinations, along with sleep paralysis.  I remember being younger (I'm 21 now) and this would happen every now and then, but not often at all.  Now recently, within the past few months it's been happening more often, sometimes a few nights in a row. I was wondering if there was any way to treat this.

there is no official treatment because this is considered within the normal variation, but some people have had success by using the drug klonopin, you might ask your doctor about that.
