hi 5 weeks ago i had a very bad breakdown ,,so bad i didnt even know who my children were ,,i spent a week in hospital then came home .. i am getting over it now with help from a doctor and medication ,, my medication is sertraline and as i have bad anxiety can some one tell me if this is the right medication for anxiety? also i feel like im going mad sometimes because i keep getting numbers pop into my head which mean nothing at all ? my anxiety is so bad i cannot relax i am tense all the time ,like the feeling you get when you go for a job interview ,,but mine is like it always ,,plus this number thing freaks me out ..please can someone put me right on this before i go mad all together
