Dear Paul
From the information that was provided, it is difficult to say whether the burning in your left ear is due to medical/ psychiatric reasons. Considering that your anxiety is under control, I would recommend that you consult with your physician to rule out any medical reasons for your symptoms. Wish you all the best.

Sincerely

HFHS-M.D.

Paul, have you been to your regular physician to have your ear checked?
