dear sir,
i was suffering from panic attack(one episode of seizure-13.08.06,after according to my normal e.e.g. report,my neurologist suggest seizure was only because of fear),and my neurologist has prescribed DEANXIT-(It is a mixture of two psycho-active agents, flupentixol and melitracen.)twice daily,upto 8 weeks, and i was fine,but after stopping that drug again same panic attack started, then he has advised me to take CIPRALEX-10 mg at bed time,till now i am takeing that,and thans to this drug i am complitely okey now.
but sir,
i am suffering from these problems
1.very low mood.
2.most of the time irritable.
3.frequent changes of mood(strongly)
4.no hope for upcomming days.
5.little bit sucidial tendency.
6.negative attitude.
7.not well while talking with father/mother.
8.no financial undestanding.
9.additication with  rum/gin/vodka(strongly)
10.irrugular food habbit/bath/working/not enjoying any thing(strongly)
11.want to study but no study habbit(strongly)
12.cant able to forgate about past broken relationship with lady love.(strongly)
please advise me.my financial status IS NOT good, i cant go to to councilor for every time(in INDIA they charge arround 20-25 GBP. approx./session),so iam looking for help.

I would like to help you but can do therapy over the internet in this kind of a forum.  For a very low fee you can get some self help software at www.masteringmylife.com.    Addiction sounds like a problem, and you might try www.shrinkyourself.com for help with that.  If suicidal, you must see a counselor.
